Despite embarking on their first-ever European campaign, Oliver Glasner's side are adapting at a rapid pace. Without star players like striker Jean-Philippe Mateta and wing-back Daniel Muñoz, the Eagles departed Dublin with a comfortable result that virtually guarantees them a spot in the Conference League qualifying rounds.
Another victory in their next fixture against Finnish KuPS ought to be enough to secure direct entry to the knockout stages, particularly following a prior stumble against Strasbourg.
Fringe Players Grasp the Opportunity

The youngster was incredibly unlucky later on, seeing one shot crash off each posts before being gathered on the line. Uche also blazed a glaring chance, indicating there is still room for improvement in his game.
The only concern for Palace was a second-half knock to Justin Devenny, who limped off. This allowed 17-year-old forward Benji Casey to make his first-team debut, rounding off an otherwise perfect night for the visiting side.
