AC Shadows Reveals Bizarre AoT Crossover for Holiday Season
In a surprising partnership that challenges conventional predictions, Ubisoft has revealed an in-game crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, providing free extra story content for Shadows players.
Peculiar Adventure Revealed
According to the official statement, "A strange meeting draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh mission, where hints of prohibited ceremonies and monstrous metamorphoses echo through the shadows." The plot features a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who charges the pair with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a secret cult.
The adventure centers on "strange trials and a monstrous adversary" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Iconic Locations and Transformations
The trailer highlights the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer finishes with a striking moment showing a character, likely the captive, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
Unique Prizes and Additional Content
Players who finish the mission will receive an special katana in addition to numerous artifacts hidden throughout the area in concealed chests. The update also contains premium Attack on Titan item packs, including:
- Titan-based costume for Yasuke
- Mikasa costume for Naoe
- Exclusive weapons

Newest Free Story Update
